Announcement of The Starlore Legacy book 7, Creed.

The Starlore Legacy: Timeless Truths in a Futuristic Saga

When many modern readers hear the words “Christian fiction”, they may often think of a tacky plot fraught with melodramatic conversion scenes, cheesy repentances, and trite depictions of powerful truths. While it’s true that numerous books wearing the Christian label have misrepresented the power of the Gospel to the modern reader, there are authors who are diligently working to change that.

I have long been a fan of Chuck Black, a respected Christian author, father, and former F-16 fighter pilot and tactical combinations engineer. His newest saga, The Starlore Legacy, follows three previously published series that I highly recommend to any reader.

The Kingdom Series is a medieval allegorical story set in the fantasy kingdom of Arrethtrae. The story retells the entire saga of the Bible across six books. In these books, the stakes of The Chronicles of Narnia clash with the themes of The Pilgrim’s Progress to create adventure as epic as The Lord of the Rings.

Chuck Black’s second series, The Knights of Arrethtrae, follows as a sequel story, focusing mainly on the Knights of the Prince and their battle against the Dark Knight to free the Kingdom of Arrethtrae from his merciless clutches.

In his contemporary thriller, the Wars of the Realm series, Chuck Black explores modern-day spiritual warfare. His books are tactful in their depictions of evil while also not hiding the wickedness of the darkness from his readers.

Now, Chuck Black is publishing The Starlore Legacy, described on his website as “a futuristic allegory of the entire Bible set in a far away galaxy. It is a galactic journey of battle, hope, promise, and victory.” Meet heroes like Daeson Starlore, Brae Thornton, Raviel Arko, and Rhett Stryker as they fight to protect the message of the Merchant who is coming to reclaim His people.

With over half of the series already published, it’s the perfect time to jump into this futuristic galaxy and experience the drama of the tale!

With the many “Christian” fiction novels out there containing a tacky or preachy plot, The Starlore Legacy is refreshing in its blunt honesty and portrayal of the Christians’ battle to remain faithful to their King. The characters suffer, bleed, and even die for what they know is true. And their efforts will not be in vain, for the Merchant will reclaim what has been lost.

If you’re looking for a tale for your son that will teach him what true heroism and courage are, The Starlore Legacy will not disappoint you. If you’re looking for a story with a strong and tender heroine for your daughter to imitate, The Starlore Legacy will fulfill that. The timeless truths that this futuristic saga teaches is what today’s reader needs.

Chuck Black’s books are everything that radical fiction should be. The noble characters from all of his series are role models for today’s young men and women who are growing up in a war-torn land where lies are often disguised in the innocent pages of a children’s book. Chuck Black’s plots are tactful in their approach with darkness while remaining captivating, thrilling, and God-honoring. And his tales will span galaxies to bring the message of truth to his readers.

For boys and girls alike, Chuck Black’s novels will keep them enthralled and immersed in the allegorical stories he has woven. The Starlore Legacy is geared toward readers ages 10+, and is enjoyed by hundreds of young adults who love the messages these stories teach.

The seventh book in this series, Creed, releases on May 6th. It is available to preorder now. I would be thrilled if you would consider joining me in excitedly awaiting the newest installment of The Starlore Legacy!

For those of you who love adventure, the saga is just beginning.
