Synopsis: Tess saw Leinad die and any hope of ever escaping from Lord Fairos died with him. But when Leinad returns, alive and stronger after training with the King, there is hope for the people of Arrethtrae, and hope that the kingdom might escape from the clutches of the Dark Knight. But the people are less sure than Leinad and Tess, and as their faith sinks, hope of escape and triumph do as well. And every second that passes promises impending death and hastening doom if Leinad and Tess don’t lead the people to safety quickly.
